Much as the prophets over at Bethesda Game Studios foretold, the Dragonborn has returned to us, but it's certainly not the second coming. Ah yeah the texture quality was mostly was I was referring to, I don't want my characters looking like anime girls or anything, but the contrast of the higher landscape graphics with the weird chalky looking faces(that's the best way I can describe them. No cigarettes, no sugar, no traffic (a real killer in the 1970's to 1990's), no pollution and lots of exercise.Д«ut the texture quality isn't that great (even with the HD pack installed in the original version) and for some reason the characters look worse in the Special Edition. And people in their 20's often looked twice their age.ДЄnd also, historically the average age was quite low, but even under harsh circumstances some people lived to be 90. I once visited a country that I shan't name in order to not be disrespectful, and I was shocked how old and weathered people under 40 looked.

Without mods you can't make your character look age appropriate for the setting (young) nor do the other characters look age appropriate for the setting (young).ДЄ harsh life makes people look older.

The game doesn't let you make a young looking character either. Instead every character looks like they are in their 30s or much older which is completley wrong. In a world where everyone is dying from war, disease, bandits, dragons, starvation, beasts, wild animals, undead, etc., the average life expectancy is going to be extremely low so everyone should be very young.
